Working Bee - 18 th Feb - 5:30pm

A huge thank you to everyone who came to the working bee on last Saturday. It was a great effort and the new crash bags that are installed look fantastic. Clubhouse corner has had a facelift, the tech shed is cleaned up and ready for business, the clubrooms got some attention and even the trophies got a polish!

On Thursday 18th we are concentrating on painting fences, finishing off the fence by dummy grid, and moving "kitty litter" to the enlarged gravel trap.

KartSport Auckland 50th Anniversary

It is with much regret that Kartsport Auckland wishes to announce the postponement of its 50 th Anniversary celebrations over the weekend of January 30 th/31 st.

The Kartsport Auckland committee has considered many options and has decided to hold the 50 th Anniversary celebrations over the weekend of August 14 th/15 th, the same weekend as the rescheduled race meeting.

For those persons already registered for the January event the club will be in contact over the next few days.

Kartsport Auckland committee apologises for any inconvenience but looks forward to hosting the celebrations in August.

City Of Sails 2010

Further to the postponement of Kartsport Auckland’s City of Sails event the club advises that the meeting will now be held on the weekend of August 14th/15 th 2010.

In accordance with Kartsport New Zealand procedures a revised entry form will be made available within the next few months.

Rescheduling the event to August will provide competitors an ideal opportunity for a shake down prior to the North Island Championships in October.

The Kartsport Auckland committee would like to extend their appreciation for the equanimity shown by many in the face of this disruption and look forward to the event in August.
