CELEBRATING OUR 50TH YEAR

Kartsport Auckland Inc : Dec 1959 – 2009

The 50th Anniversary of Auckland Kart Club/Kartsport Auckland will be celebrated over the weekend of 14th & 15th August 2010.
We invite all past & present members and anyone who has had affiliations with the club to join us in these celebrations.
Also over this weekend the club will be holding their annual City of Sails 2-Day Challenge; with racing on both Saturday and Sunday. This will enable anyone who is lacking or behind in a ‘karting fix’ to catch up with the sport trackside.
This will be a weekend where we can all catch up with old friends and acquaintances, reminisce, save the karting world – again! – while having a damn fine time in the process!

(North Harbour Stadium)
Dinner & Dancing - Live Band. Memorabilia on display. A wonderful chance to, again, catch up with old friends. Guest speakers who will entertain all & possibly embarrass some. But all for a good cause!

Sunday 15th 2010 - MORE RACING!!!!
Another chance for a sleep in – racing kicks off around 11.00am & this is finals day. Come & enjoy the racing; you’re allowed to compare hangovers. Make sure you catch up with those you missed last night.
Stay for prize giving & see the latest generation of drivers that make our sport & Auckland Club so special.

As a part of the 50th Celebrations the club is looking for memorabilia that we can display both at the clubrooms& also at the Gala Dinner.
