Kartsport Auckland was formed in 1959 and the clubrooms and circuit was situated at Rosebank Domain, Avondale.
In December 2025, KartSport Auckland relocated to its new track at Sir Colin Giltrap Raceway, Colin Dale Park, Prices Road. Wiri.
Racing takes place allocated Sunday's through out the year (timetable here). Kartsport Auckland is affiliated to Kartsport New Zealand, which governs the rules of racing and safety regulations of these meetings.
The Club offers the very best of facilities with a 1,270-metre track, large pit area, good parking and great spectator areas. Kartsport Auckland is a clock-wise- track with speeds of well over 100km/h for some classes.

As the days are getting shorter, the track closing time at Sir Colin Giltrap Raceway has been pulled forward to 7pm Monday to Saturday. It remains 6pm on Sunday.
